  Based on our experience with the Toronto subway service, we created a user experience flowchart. Through analyzing the flowchart and gathering feedback from subway passengers, we identified several factors that negatively impact the user experience—mainly confusing signage, which often leads to passengers missing their stops or choosing the wrong exits. As a solution, we aim to develop a Google Maps plugin to enhance the subway experience for users.
